To All Exhibitors
back to the home page
FEGA/ACGG offers the opportunity at the exhibition for Guild members exhibiting as Custom Exhibitors to advertise their work to people waiting in registration lines, or walking around the exhibition area or registration area of the hotel. It is a great opportunity for custom exhibitors to increase their exposure at the show. (Note: This is only for custom exhibitors, not commercial exhibitors, or invited associations, invited artisan exhibitors or anyone else not exhibiting.). IF YOUR EXISTING PHOTO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THESE GUIDELINES, YOU WILL NEED TO GET IT REDONE.

To keep the photos uniform, and to present the most attractive and professional display possible, the guidelines are as follows:

1. Each Custom FEGA/ACGG Exhibitor is allowed one 18x24” photo (overall size including matting, if any). The size must be 18” WIDE by 24” high (portrait, i.e. vertical) to properly fit on the easel.

2. The photo can be a single image or mix of multiple images. It must be backed by foam core or mat board suitable for display on an easel. No glass or frames.

3. Information about yourself (name and contact information) can be included in the photo or on a business card size attached. The size for this information should be no larger than a business card. The purpose is to emphasize the photography.

4. The work in the photo(s) must have been completed by you. If work or engraving was done by someone else, their names may not be listed. (This could be promoting someone has not paid to exhibit.)

5. No prices may be listed, no listing of services.

6. To participate, you must reserve an easel with your table reservation and pay the appropriate rental fee for the easel.

7. Photos should be brought to the registration desk between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Friday.

8. Photos that are not in compliance with the guidelines will not be displayed (and/or will be removed from displays). No refund will be given for easel rental.

9. Since the photos will be displayed in a public area, FEGA/ACGG is not responsible for any damages or loss of photos. Hopefully the benefits of increased exposure of your work will outweigh the risk and cost.

10. If you want to secure your poster, you are responsible to put it inside the exhibition area or at your table at night.

11. At the end of the exhibition Sunday, you are responsible to pick up your own photo by 6 p.m. Any photos are not picked up will become the property of FEGA/ACGG. FEGA/ACGG will not ship the photo back to you.

12. Tony Fleming is willing to store your photo if you give it to him in a box marked with your name.

We hope the display will be an added feature for our visitors and an opportunity for our exhibitors to better advertise their skills and we hope all exhibitors will participate.
