To All Exhibitors
back to the home page
FEGA/ACGG is offering an opportunity at the upcoming show for exhibitors to advertise their work and attract clients. Throughout the show there are many people milling around, or passing through, the registration room. People are there while waiting for the exhibit hall to open, while visiting during show hours, and when entering or leaving the show. Everyone attending the show (and even many who hadn’t planned on attending) go through the room. A display of photographs is planned for the registration room and, hopefully, the upstairs lobby area of the Silver Legacy. It should be a great opportunity for exhibitors to increase their exposure at the show.

To keep the photos uniform, and to present a more attractive and professional display, the guidelines are as follows:

1. Each exhibitor is allowed one 18x24” photo (overall size including matting, if any) per table reserved. The photo can be a single image or mix of multiple images, depending on your preference. Each photo must be backed by foam core or mat board suitable for display on an easel. No glass or frames.

2. You may include information about yourself in the photo or a card with your name will be placed on the photo.

3. If you wish to participate, you must let Jan Billeb know by Jan. 3, 2007 so plans for easels can be made.

4. The photos must be brought to the registration booth, who will set them out every morning and bring them back into the exhibit hall each day at closing time. Also, please realize the photos will be displayed in a public area and FEGA/ACGG is not responsible for any damages or loss of the photos. Hopefully, the benefits of increased advertising and exposure of your work will outweigh the risk and cost.

5. At the end of the show, Sunday, each exhibitor is responsible to pick up their own photos. What photos are not picked up will become the property of FEGA/ACGG. FEGA/ACGG will not send any back to you.

We hope the display will be an added feature for our visitors and an opportunity for our exhibitors to better advertise their skills and we hope all exhibitors will participate.
