Membership in the Guild is open to all interested individuals.
FEGA is a worldwide organization, with members across the United States and many countries.

Although the Guild is primarily made up of active firearms engravers, FEGA members also include a wide range of engraving talent in all types of mediums. Art and firearms collectors, corporations, and others support the efforts of the guild in preserving this unique art form.

Every FEGA Member receives:

• A 1 year subscription to the "Engraver" magazine. You will receive four issues - full of engraving information, show news, updates on FEGA members, book reviews, engraving tips and techniques, how-to articles, product reviews, and photographs of a wide variety of engraving styles.
• Access to a members only section Fega.com website.
• Access to the 'Forum' section of the guild site where you can have questions about engraving answered by fellow engravers, learn of new tools and techniques, discuss issues pertaining to engraving.
• Membership card
• Opportunity to help shape the Guild's future.
• Unlimited free access to the annual Firearms Engravers and Gunmakers Exhibition in Reno , Nevada in January.

In addition to the above, Regular members receive the following:

• Access to guidelines on copyright and ATF issues
• Show "eligibility" – members have the opportunity to display work at our exhibition and at events we attend
• Access to a certification program
• Access to networking with corporate partners and individuals
• Inclusion, at your discretion, on the referral list for those seeking gun engravers. References provided with your first renewal, and throughout one's membership (this service alone is worth the investment).
• The opportunity to have photos of your work posted on the guild website.
• Recognition in attaining FEGA Certified Professional status, (see criteria).
