I agree, Weldon.
Andrew hit another home run with this issue.
But so did you with the second part your sculpture tutorial.
Your sculpture articles add a wealth of valuable information, thank you.
Many thanks to Phil Coggan for his contribution and pictures. One of our new and highly talented members from Wales. Welcome aboard, Phil.
And to Brian, Ron, Sam, Rex and Marty for their wonderful articles.
As Pres. Rex said, some people say FEGA is an OBC, but it's not true.
All these articles prove that. They are mainly designed to reach out and help the newer engravers.
With articles like this I say long live FEGA, lets keep it growing!

Best to all, John.

Thanks guys

The real credit goes to the the people that take the time and effort to write the articles take the photos and all the rest of the stuff that goes into the magazine. It takes a lot of time and effort to do that and I thank you for it.

If any of the members have photos of their work or articles that they would like to write then please contact me at biggschristchurch@xtra.co.nz and I'll let you know the technical details and help you work through the process.

It's dosn't nessasarily have to be soley about firearms. Anything to do with engraving or related work is fine. The art of engraving is a huge subject and it's all relevant to what we do. The more photos and articles we have the better.

The articles can be technical in nature or of human interest or just a really interesting project you have worked on. Even things of a historical nature would be great or maybe you have come up with a really novel way of doing something that works for you.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Cheers
Andrew
