Restoring Life to Wornout Diamond Sharpening Disks
I learned about the Ngraver company's Dresser Stick Kit when I talked with them at the FEGA Exhibition last January. When my 260 grit disk quit working no matter how hard I scrubbed it, I finally used the sticks. The wheel now works as well as it did when it was new. I recommend everyone get the kit and give it a try.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to give that a try. I might point out that periodic cleaning of the wheels usually keeps them working well too. GRS has some hints on this on their web site.

As you pointed out, if they get to a point where scubbing doesn't do any good, the Dresser Stick Kit may save you replacing a wheel but a little periodic cleaning will keep them cutting better all the time.

Hey guys I'm tring to find out more about these sticks, Where do you get them and what do they do. Do they work on ceramic wheels or just on the dimaomd wheels? How much are they and where do you get them?

Randy, A set of two, one coarse (for the 260) and one fine (for 600 and 1200) cost me $13 (plus $5 shipping) from The NgraveR Company. 67 Wawecus Hill Rd. Bozrah, CT 06334. Their phone 1-860-823-1533. Their Fax 1-860-887-6252. I hope you have as good a result as I did.
